Pros

RSC Solutions is a small company that treats its employees like family. I have a lot of autonomy to do my job the way I want to, while at the same time being held accountable to deadlines. That mix is perfect for me and many others here because it lets my skills and style make me the most effective I can be.

Cons

As with many companies, we have had our share of growing pains. Developing new processes and procedures and implementing them can be very challenging.

The company culture is very positive, and all co-workers work together as a team. RSC is a growing company, so there is room for growth and advancement in your career. Open environment where suggestions for improvements are welcomed.

Cons

There were things here and there that weren’t to my liking but nothing so egregious I feel it needs to be addressed on this platform.

The team at RSC Solutions consists of some of the most hardworking, positive, and collaborative people I have ever met. Every employee gives 110% which makes the work that much easier.

Cons

Although the people were great, the pay was so-so.
