- You get a low $200.00 bonus at the end of the year and an RSCI shirt. - No end of project bonus. - Owner will belittle you when asking for a raise. - 10 year anniversary employees only received a $1,200.00 bonus and a lame certificate. - End of year company safety meeting is a joke. - Underpaid salary employees. - Refuses to fully pay subcontractors after close-out. - Questionable contracting practices. - When asking for a raise/yearly review, owner will push your review back 6+ month to delay any possible chance of a raise and review.

Management (owner) has no ability to manage his team. He is belittles you around every corner that he can to make you feel useless. No communication teams you will be on your own. I would also question their finical stability as a whole. Don't buy into the show that is placed in front of you look deeper (i.e. call some subs that work for them or vendors that supply materials).
