RSS Mobile Trailer Repair reviews

I was asked to move a trailer that was supposed to be ready for pickup. However, when I got to the trailer, I discovered that it had not been properly inspected. One of the tires was flat, and the brakes were not working properly. I immediately reported this to the maintenance team, but they were too busy to fix it right away. I was told to move the trailer anyway, and I was assured that the maintenance team would fix it before it was picked up by the customer. However, when the customer arrived to pick up the trailer, it was still not ready. The customer was furious, and I was furious, and I was blamed for the delay.

Mid-level management does NOT care about the safety of employees. They ignore company policy because they are too lazy to even do their jobs. The only time they ever "care" is when their superiors show up to inspect the workplace. The amount you get paid is abysmal and falls short on what is expected from you, and if you need to do overtime don't expect any overtime pay. There's also no benefits that come with the job, at least, any that actually mattered.
