This company's management has no regard for the safety of the employees. The managers themselves bypass certain company policies because they are too lazy to check on the well-being of the employees. What makes this worse is the fact that the salary we get aren't even that good. So, potential accidents and unexpected occurrences can drasticaly affect us mechanics due to the management's negligence.

The management seems to be poorly trained at leadership. Either that or the managers simply don't care about the employees, so they don't bother enforcing company policies and ensuring the safety of the employees. The managers don't care at all, which can both be a positive or a negative depending on how you look at it.
