We'd like to encourage you to discuss the opportunities with your manager or HRBP as many associates have grown in various roles at RTC. Regarding the PTO policy, we often review our policies to stay up to date, providing generous PTO and options for associates to utilize throughout the year. We encourage using PTO to spend time with your family and for mental health breaks.

Pros

Pay was good. Co-Workers were fun.

Cons

Toxic good ole' boy leadership. VP got rolling one of my first days and admitted he didn't know what he was doing, then he caught himself and stopped talking. Management is made up of owner's cronies.

At RTC, we strive for continuous improvement. Listening to critiques such as this and improving the working environment is our goal. We have several women in leadership positions and all of our VP’s are very qualified and experienced associates. In 2021, we had over 60 promotions or transfers, allowing existing associates to grow their career and move to other roles in the organization. This year we plan to build on those accomplishments.

Pros

It's a company with a very good payment policy. They take care of the employers and pay fairly according to law. Good bosses.

Cons

Low opportunities for growth. Very shortport folio of products to offer on the ready side. No training whatsoever. The company does not bring team together.
