Managers really try to help their employees succeed. Meaningful work and a non-profit atmosphere.

Cons

If you have a bad run for two years in a row, you are basically left out in the cold.

•slow mobility •salary is low for the work and compared to what other companies pay •some projects are overly complex and hard to adjust
