      Pros

      The company does good multidisciplinary research in many fields, the campus and location is great and is an excellent area for a family

      Cons

      It is a large contract organization and often the emphasis is on getting the next contract vs the work in hand. The work in hand is always reused to keep on a tight budget and scientific research often not pursued to the point of publication

      Good benefits, flexibility and the main campus is really nice.

      Cons

      Little growth potential and some colleagues were cut-throat while others didn't pull their weight.
