      Management sucks! Supervisors suck too!

      Pros

      Ok place to start to get your foot in the door of the call center environment. Pay is decent for a young beginner.

      Cons

      Management and Supervisors are awful and never pay attention to their employees. You're in prison with your convict number and water. The job itself is an easy one, nothing hard about it at all, but like I said earlier, management is awful and they make you feel like slaves or prisoners who do hard labor everyday. Not I! Only work there if you really have to, then leave when you can. DO NOT MAKE IT A HOME!

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Very flexible. Very safe place to work. People are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Limited Growth for opportunities. Can be stuck in one position for years. Salaries aren't market competitive.

      Pros

      Very interesting research studies and projects to work on. Most of the employees are hard workers.

      Cons

      They do a lot of lay-offs since they are a non-profit group, and whether or not they get to keep employees depends on grants and funding.
