      Job stability Clear expectations on requirements for promotion Was promoted and received significant salary increases (10-15%) despite tanking economy Good benefits- health insurance, paid time off, retirement contribution Flexible scheduling (you can determine days and hours you want to work to some extent) Can telecommute full or part-time Company paid for training and further education Good workplace environment Had shared office, not cubicle, fresh out of undergrad

      Not great collaboration between divisions and departments Many people at high salary grades appeared to do less and a lower quality of work despite getting paid more
