Pros
I really enjoyed working with really, really bright people. Everyday was a learning experience. My managers always took the time to explain questions in detail, even if just in the realm of science. It's a great learning experience. Managers are very supporting and understanding. I always felt valued. If you are someone who's job isn't just a job, but somewhere to continuously grow and learn, RTI is a great place to be. It really is a smart company. I enjoyed working for a company who's mission and vision I really respected.
Cons
Business development (at least in the office I was located in) was very poor. Professional development and growth structure is non-existent - you have to continuously chase and try to grab for attention to work on advancing through positions.
