Best Work Life Balance

Pros

What I love most about RTS is the work life balance. Even though we are incredibly busy as a company right now, I am never forced, or even asked, to put in extra time outside of my 40 hour work week. It's easy for me to step away at any time to run to an appt, to pick up my kids from school, etc. RTS trusts me to get my work done without micromanaging my time or work.

Cons

I do believe compensation is lower than what I could get from other companies, but culture and people keep me here. The CEO can be quite intense.

Pros

"Not anything specific, terrible place" "None that I can think of" "I have nothing positive to report" "I can't really think of any. The people are poor and the work is cumbersome" "No pros the job was terrible will not work there again"

Cons

For every positive "review" by an "individual" (bot) without any cons listed deserves two actual reviews to counter them. This company's engagement surveys are a joke. If you tell the truth or give constructive feedback in this "anonymous" survey, they will twist it to fit their narrative. Most people don't even complete the survey anymore or better yet, lie because they don't trust the toxic leaders. It's all just a loyalty test. Everyone is overworked because leadership still has no idea how to balance work; they only care about money being brought in and having one person work multiple projects which brings in more money. So instead of allowing people to work overtime and actually motivating and benefiting from working more projects, we are limited to documenting 40 hours while expected to be at 3 places at once past the 40 hour mark. Baseline Salary just doesn't cut it for this type of toxic behavior. Of course the Chief Revenue Officer thinks this is a "Absolutely Amazing Company" because free money. Way to pat yourself on the back. Leadership is the absolute worst. They catfish you in with high promises of "Flexible Work, Fun Perks, and a Culture of Growth!" but it's all just smoke and mirrors. 'Flexible Work' means you'll work stale, money grab projects all day. Your 'fun perks' are your low salary and terrible insurance. Your Culture of Growth is actually just learning how to cram 4 projects that you inherited day one with no documentation into 40 hours while actually working 80, but don't worry you get 5 motivosity bucks for getting underpaid by 15% median.

Pros

Employees are paid on time, and the coworkers I worked with were all friendly and good at their jobs.

Cons

Salary isn’t as good compared to other companies, and when you consider how heavy workloads can be, as well as the lack of opportunities being given to employees, working here just isn’t worth the time and effort.
