Working here is a terrible decision.

Cons

Most employees of RTS Labs regret ever working here. Most of us are traumatized by our abusive and toxic leaders. Our managers are the kind of people to dump unreasonable amounts of workloads on us and expect us to finish them in an unreasonable amount of time. Their demands are insane, and their expectations are even more ridiculous.

Talented developers on the team.

Cons

Instead of fixing broken systems, they kept adding flashy features to impress clients. I spent more time patching duct-taped infrastructure than building real solutions. It wasn't engineering—it was damage control. Eventually, I stopped believing we were building anything sustainable.
