I've been working at Raytheon Technologies (RTX) for over 10 years, so I've seen several sides of it. RTX is a big company. The work experience is highly dependent on department and section. Compensation is decent, but not competitive when compared to the industry standard. If asked in person I would caution any potential applicants.
