Cons
Managers for remote/foreign location employees have a out-of-site/out-of-mind mentality. Raytheon says they value employees yet relationships with management leads one to believe we are just bodies filling slots.
No formal Job Training. You either learn from a friend or associate or suffer. No formal training Plans but worker is held accountable for learning the job.
The "At Will Laws" can sometimes be abused by lower level managers to sustain jobs for friends.
