Good place to work

Pros

Pretty competitive salary for the industry. Great retirement savings plan. Nice to be guaranteed a minimum annual bonus. One-time bonus for COVID pay having to work onsite was a nice touch. Really smart people who know their stuff.

Cons

As with any big company, layers of processes and procedures to understand to get your job done. Annual merit increases are average for the industry.

Long hours, stressful. Probably worse because at a remote site.
