Incredible Work life balance. Mod Time (ability to work ahead or behind), every other Friday off and good PTO
Cons
Lost of Red Tape.... takes a while to get things through the system. Also its very top down. Don't expect good raises either. if you get a raise that's greater than inflation see yourself as lucky!
