Don't Start Your Career Here, Come When You Have Experience

Great Coworkers (in certain programs) Education Assistance (though no pay bump anymore) Lots of Areas to Work in (you won't get to stay in them very long)

Cons

Poor Raises (after a few years you will have to leave to keep up) No Advancement Opportunities (again, leave and come back) More Process than Engineering (not a great place to start a career)
