      Pros

      Excited to start new role. The team has a lot of technical depth and there is plenty of growth opportunity with hands-on projects in the queue. Machine learning, data engineering, predictive analytics and deep learning modeling.

      Cons

      With a remote position that I am thankful for, there will be limited opportunity for face to face in-person interaction. Fortunately, there are occasional week long planning meetings on site.
