      Pros

      Great place to work if you are looking for stability, especially once you reach a certain age. Some companies start eliminating people once they reach 50, but that is not the case here. Benefits are OK, not great. Pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Strange work environment. For me, people just come in, stay in their cubes and leave. No cofee, lunch, barely any social interaction. Not what I expected. I'm sure other groups are different, but something to look for.
