Only good thing about working at Collins aerospace in Wilson north Carolina. Is the building is climate controlled.

Cons

And a Supervisor at Collins aerospace. There is no support for HR or upper management for Supervisors. You are disrespected daily by employees and HR does nothing. Even the Ethics team does not support Supervisors on holding employees accountable. So I definitely would never Advice someone to take a supervisor role or manager position there.

Well paid. Most of the engineers and security personnel are professional and focused.

Cons

Nepotism is rampant. Chief agilist is a zealot who only cliques with certain people. Management is horrible and does not know how to promote from within. PMO offers ver little support to middle management or the skilled engineers and have lack of engagement overall.
