RTX reviews

A lot of the positive reviews are probably from before the merger (2020). Now it is incredibly and painstaking obvious that this company is in shambles. The merger is not a merger of equals but a takeover of a commercial company trying to run a defense company. The people pay the price when it comes to poor communication, pushing out senior leadership who have been there their entire careers, changing their minds on decisions they make, poor compensation, delayed responses. Forcing people to do work outside their degree and functional discipline. Do not get a job here.

Severely underpaid. Terrible build times. Terrible management of projects. Unreasonable deadlines. Expect to wait hours to compile code and run tests. Tools are often down. Tests often don't work. I don't think I learned much coding wise. Have to work in the office if working classified stuff. All my coworkers complained about being underpaid and not enjoying the work.
