      Forest, MS. Horrible leadership - do not recommend.

      Pros

      Decent pay for salaried people. Nice facility.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Forest is where bad "leaders"go because no one else wants to be in Mississippi, the "C" team, if you will. Lots of politics. You have to kiss butt to move up. It will not happen on merit. In the middle of nowhere, long drive to work. Very low pay for hourly workers, test techs. Not a good place to learn anything. Nothing to offer other than a pay check.

      Option to try working on other teams if you speak up to management

      Cons

      They advertise the job as intellectually engaging but it really isn’t. they overhire and don’t plan ahead, really depressing work environment, especially if you don’t have much interest in your program

      Fairly high job security, decent benefits

      Cons

      Everyone is always overworked and every projects is always behind schedule. They try to sell you on work life balance just have you end up working 6+ days a week. They do not know how to train young engineers, period.
