Flexible hours, and that's about it

Pros

Flexible hours make working here tolerable.

Cons

Cheap, won't adopt new technology, consistently underbid contracts to win them, and the engineers pay the piper later. Leadership has nosedived in quality since Collins merger. Pay is stagnant. There is no way to make a career here. Staying too long will turn you untouchable as your skills become irrelevant, which is probably how they plan to address the attrition problem. The whole company is being forced back to hybrid or full-time on-site.
