Pros

It's a huge company - 70,000 plus people - with locations all over the world. If you're willing to work hard, there is potential to be promoted. You usually will put in long hours, but you have flexibility to come in later and work from home. Salaries are comparable or better to other defense contractors, and you are eligible for benefits on the first day of employment.

Cons

Management is clueless and unprofessional - there is one manager who NEVER forgets anything and takes things way too personally and "punishes" people as she sees fit. HR does not have a reputation of being very effective when listening to employee complaints. As with most large corporations, the rank and file employees do all the work and management pretty much coasts.

Good People, bit corporate

Pros

Good pay and good people, while it's a bit massachusetts centered it's not a bad place to work, as the work was reasonably straightforward.

Cons

It's very 'corporate' and this doesn't suit everyone. they like their memos and boxes ticked. Some of what you do there gets very repetitive, but tell me a job that doesn't!
