Pros

Bi-weekly paycheck Some what affordable health care Great HSA managed by Fidelity Holiday shutdown between Christams and New Years Day for most employees

Cons

401 (k) manager switched from Industry Best (Fidelity) to sub par, poor performing nobody. No more pensions. Small amount of PTO (lumped sicke days and vacation) Sporadic work. No long term projects to work on for most. If you are a "good engineer", you are overworked, on multiple projects. New hires have a hard time assimilating due to this. A hand full of the chosen engineers get all the work while everone else gets random tasks. Too many people STILL goofing off working from home or hybrid.

Pros

Work-life balance is generally respected, cool tech, and admirable mission.

Cons

CEO focuses too much on DEI and other issues irrelevant to creating the best products for our customers. Large, bulky company with copious red tape (nature of defense/aerospace), and it takes a long time to get promoted.
