Pros

One of very few major aerospace company sites in Inland Empire of Southern California.

Cons

This Riverside site is full of politics; if you are not a dirt politician, you won't survive long. There were two major lay-offs in two years! Capable people were forced out or laid-off while incapable people with connection got to stay.
