Business Outlook

Pros

Celebrating almost to the point of being mandatory alt lifestyles. Rooting out implicit racism (through thought police and assumption of guilt). Both are priorities, if this is what you are looking for in a company.

Cons

Deadlines are more important than getting design correct. And the deadlines are unrealistic. Customer changes at the last minute do not prolong any deadlines. 10% pay cut for 2020 has yet to be assured of being lifted in 2021. Promotion of BLM through company email is not discouraged.
