Pros
You wok 9/40 which means you have every other friday off and work 9 hours the rest of the days for two weeks. The pay is good.
Cons
They are are not nice people when it comes to laying off and the reorganize all the time. In 5 years I had 7 different Supervisors. Training is very mininal and you never know what the right answer is. they say they want new ideas but if you go against what they have decided is the "best" one. You are wrong. Many people are over worked, working weekends and off fridays to keep us since they laid off so many people.
