Pay is constantly incorrect Management has no clue how to communicate HR is a wannabe mean girls clique Chain of communication is used as a "I'm more important than you" excuse Yearly pay cuts Discriminatory practices in a black owned company CFO thinks he's Rockefeller when he's actually just an idiot. I've seen the owner once in 2 years No clear job description or goals No employee enrichment No 401k Job is threatened constantly I am less employable for having worked here
