Benefits offered are pretty standard.

Cons

No transparency in contract duration. Will notify you days before your contract ending and do not attempt to retain their employees and shift them to another contract. Once I began working with my federal supervisor, I never heard from my PM. We never had weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings to ensure I was meeting expectations.
