Limited future as thermal generation but renewables maybe the path forward

Shift pattern has good time off in places. Pay is good for the work. Good chances of progression within the site. Private health care.

Cons

Limited prospects within future thermal generation plants. No meaningful interaction with management. Undermanned constantly. Plant issues ignored. Manning issues ignored. Teams spend entire working day going between meetings with no real work done.
