RWE Americas has been raided and taken over by McKinsey, and leadership is a clueless as you can possibly imagine.

Strange company overall - they are the ones who hire people from large international companies to fill managerial and management positions, but are fatally unprepared for any changes. The turnover of tasks and management staff also leaves much to be desired.
