      Great Renewable Energy Company

      Pros

      Well resourced, and well positioned in the American renewable market. Able to withstand the government headwinds better than competitors. Smart people who believe in what they do. Benefits are awesome, PTO and medical in particular.

      Cons

      The training and onboarding process is not very formalized. I felt very much thrown into the fire pretty quickly. Technology and systems are a bit outdated and clunky.

      This company has tremendous financial resources and a huge development pipeline to fuel growth for the next 5+ years, which is something you won't find at all top 10 developer-owner-operators.

      Cons

      There are a lot of complex organizational processes that need to be alleviated to make the company easier to navigate and improve employee experiences.
