Like most hospitals, this organization is struggling with financial challenges. Consequently, salaries may not be competitive with other hospitals in the region, and resources for needed capital equipment are difficult to secure.

I worked for this company and all they do on a yearly basis is hire and lay-off employees. The Executives or Board members think this is normal procedure when in fact they are ruining their reputation as an Employer.
