Pros
Good pay rate , flexible only if they have enough coverage , one hour lunch ,some of the staff are really nice.
Cons
Management tries to cover themselves, so if they did something wrong you better believe because they’re best friends with their supervisors they are not going to do anything about it. Screwed up schedule, can’t retain their employees, they talk about their own staff to other staff, they are unprofessional and ghetto. They eat food in the emergency room where patients are and that’s disgusting and unprofessional.
