Pros

Some good people, can usually ask for help, at least during days

Cons

Poor management that understaffs the unit. Toxic work culture- lots of gossiping, putting people down. Help is not a guarantee. Even in critical situations. Coworkers generally will try, but the understaffing is ridiculous and you’ll be trained to expect it.

What I called HOME became HELL from leadership to HR at the end of the day no one has your back no education , no respect , no sensibilities what so ever . I was escorted like a criminal and the rumors are all over the hospital I was humiliated by leadership and humiliated by — from HR may GOD be with her and all the ones who said they talked to me 3 x’s life goes on …. Don’t recommend this place !!!!!!! Good luck to all
