The company is growing rapidly, but it’s struggling to keep up with staffing demands for its expanding client base and workload. As a result, employees are often stretched thin, and teams are constantly restructured—every 3 to 6 months. These restructures tend to be top-down decisions, with little input or feedback from the workers who are actually doing the day-to-day tasks. It would be much more effective if management took the time to understand the needs of individual teams or departments before making changes.
Additionally, there isn’t much room or encouragement for personal or professional growth within the company. Despite the fast-paced environment, there’s a lack of clear paths for career development, which can be discouraging for those looking to advance.
While I understand the challenges of working in a corporate environment, the constant pressure to meet deadlines often leads to long hours beyond the standard work schedule. Unfortunately, there is no additional compensation for these extra hours, which can be frustrating and lead to burnout.
