      Great working outdoors management was amazing and direct Many kool perks If we were finished daily tasks esrly. We were sent home early Weekends off

      Utter chaos - toxic leadership.

      Pros

      It’s a fun and upbeat company, and works with family friendly and entertaining clients.

      Cons

      The leadership at this company are a toxic group of friends who are unable to see that they are the ones standing in the way of it actually being a decent company. Prepare to be shamed and gatekept, and spoken to like a child. Don’t question leaderships decisions…just go with them on their journey and prepare for things to get chaotic at the last minute, just like how you tried to warn your boss it would.

      Pros

      Great company especially if your are in the LGBTQ+ community. CEO is married to SVP and everyone’s pretty much coupled up. Great place to work if you looking to find a significant other.

      Cons

      HR person is really unorganized and overworked it seems. No advocacy amongst leadership.

      We're sorry you felt this way. At the moment HR is leading the company and all subsidiaries as a team of one, which was originally slated as a team of four. We hope to find assistance soon. Unfortunately, the staff doesn't get to see the many accomplishments HR has pushed through due to confidentiality. We're proud of the advocacy they have brought to the team in terms of addressing the wage disparity, pushing for work life balance for staff, implementing performance management techniques, and streamlining policy on behalf of the employee.
