Benefits to travel are great, health / 401k and match are good.
Cons
if you're well liked in the company, you'll go far. Managers do a good job of brainwashing employees without the increase in pay or performance. The brainwashing became clear after many talented employee's were laid off during the pandemic and now work for companies who actually care about their employee's, culture, mental health and compensation.
