There’s lots of opportunity to learn and up skill during your time at the company. Managers are really supportive and listen to feedback on how things could be improved.

Cons

Workloads can get very high with little responsibility taken by other teams involved. It can be hard to take time off as there’s so much to do.

High turnover easy to get hired

Cons

Management used forced resignation instead of retrenchment during covid period when business is down. The management set impossibly high work target and came up with reasons that we are not hitting it, scolded daily and told that we will be terminated immediately if we do not resign. Extremely old school method of working without proper computer systems in place. Dying business led by incompetent leaders who do not take responsibility of the bad show results. HR does nothing to help at all, only to add fuel to the problem.
