      Pros

      Good pay and company restaurant. I interrupted my internship before the end due to poor management and HR were very nice.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure and poor management. The people there wanted an intern to make savings but were actually looking for an employee.

      A good place to learn the industry

      Pros

      It's a good place to come and work when you're young to learn about the industry and have the support of such a big company behind you. You have to work hard but you learn a lot and the name on your CV carries a lot of weight. The culture is also good in terms of how friendly and welcoming people are - teams are very supportive of each other.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to fight for progression - it's easy to get yourself to a certain mid-level and then trying to get up into management is tough. Partly because people sit in those positions and don't often leave for a good few years and partly because the company can be a bit old-school in terms of thinking you need years and years in one position before you can be considered to move onto the next level. Young talent should be recognised and nutured.
