Cons

Poor management, opaque system of promotions or promotions given to those who just agrees with everything management says. Bad workload management. Too many admin processes which have a negative impact on results. Significant drop in quality of new recruits.

great benefits, great team/co-workers, met awesome brands and retailers

Cons

no promotions, they give you small raises each year but basically are super corporate and want to keep you in your "box" for as long as possible.
