Just a job, not a career - it's a sinking ship

Friendly people and work isn't hard.

Cons

No career progression and managers don't really care about your personal development and they don't treat employees equally. Out of date equipment, tools and technologies. They care more about making the office look good rather than improving the tools they're using. People want change but since they have layers of managers, the senior management doesn't have a clue, and then after a while the talented people end up leaving. If you want to learn and work with the latest tools in IT it's best to avoid working here. People are not afraid to go behind your back and put you down to make themselves look great - toxic working environment.

Ouch, I will take some positives on the people you worked with. On the office, we have invested in the environment in Richmond. Others are telling us we've created a pleasant and productive place for them to spend their day. We've upgraded tech including a new digital platform that's being rolled out, plus new business applications, Windows 10 etc. - not sure what you felt was out of date. The feedback about structure is a factor of us having lots of small teams focussed on supporting individual event brands, there are positives to this too.

Talented staff, good location, nice travel perks

Cons

Low wages, Shocking Bonus Scheme, Questionable Middle Management is rife throughout all departments. Jr to more established manager positions are rare due to a preference for external highers Process over logic is the norm.
