      You can find a good work and personal life balance. Good atmosphere (most of the time -depends on the department).

      Weak growth strategy and lack of niche events. Changing commission structure that favors sales directors only. Favoritism to a certain nationality. Nepotism. Hiring and firing on whims. Hierarchy offers no career growth. Outdated management style, micromanagement, long unnecessary working hours.

      People work with and some teams have great culture like Finance where they seem to always be available to help and have fun despite working long hours

      Cons

      Inconsistent direction and at times get asked to do one thing but then changes the next day. Don't get recognised for hard word and get blamed
