- Opportunities to travel to shows are fun (though selection process for those chosen not clear, and not as often as promised in the interview process) - Most satisfaction out of working with external partners related to Reed
Cons
- Without a doubt, worst company I have worked for in my 30 year professional career - Warned against people in my first week, yet their bullying, passive aggressive behaviour seems to be tolerated - Wonder why shows are failing when nothing changes year-on-year ... have not moved with technology, market and audience expectations - Unnecessary hierarchy and ineffective, non-inspiring management - People talk AT you rather than try and have a conversation - Would not know innovation if it struck them in the face - Underpaid. Promised a salary review after six months, given a letter in a sealed envelope with no accompanying conversation. A whole $150 extra A YEAR. So laughable.
