All I can really say is it's been a great "stepping stone"....The people are great (for the most part) although it can seem very gossipy at times.

Cons

Pay is definitely not where it should be, especially if you aren't coming in with much experience. People can be Disorganized which makes it harder to do your job. arguably a dying business and the company is impacted because of it

Decent pay, Great benefits, great people, travel, new challenges to face every day making the job interesting

Cons

Little room for growth, doesn't seem that upper management listens to the lower levels but there is a lot of change within company presently so this seems to be changing in a better direction as well.
