      Pros

      Company has a lot of young people. Company offers a lot of community outreach opportunities and betterment like Toastmasters and team sporting events to collaborate outside of work. Great first out of college job.

      Cons

      It's a trade show company and in general Leadership is poor. They need to provide more training. Turnover is very high as it's a company with many young players. Not easy to advance, and there are many layoffs

      A great place to start, learn and grow. If you're looking for good pay/promotions though...

      Pros

      - Easy going environment - a lot of great, smart and fun co-workers - good balance of travel/in-office work - good benefits - get more PTO off the bat and acquire more quickly - a lot of options for out of work activities (volunteer work, sports teams, etc) - a lot of different departments, so there's a variety - good mix of young and veteran employees

      Cons

      - low pay and low raises across all departments (biggest con) - certain departments very hard to move up in - work/balance not very good in certain departments - "sink or swim" approach for new employees for some departments. - some employees get away with more and are not released
