Pros

Great people, nice offices, and when I was there their own coffee shop. Some great managers. Good location next to train station. Fair pay and benefits.

Cons

Senior management very flawed in terms of the power certain leader/s in Marketing wield, leveraging their friendships in HR to expel staff they don't like. Massive lack of control over leadership accountability, behaviour and actions - impact seen very powerfully several years ago with the decimation of a great I.T. department.

Pros

The office environment is friendly and they were very welcoming. They gave me more and more difficult tasks as I showed them what I was capable of.

Cons

Sometimes interns will have to do data entry and other mindless tasks. Sometimes, I was told to do a task but I wasn't explained the overall picture or purpose of completing the task. Work can also get hectic sometimes with tight deadlines and staying for extra hours was common.

If you like to travel you'll love working for Reed, people are friendly and eager to help you with any questions or problems. There is opportunity to grow.

Cons

Office is large so it is hard to get close to people. Difficult sometimes when there is an issue and management is at their second office in NYC
