Pros

If you are lucky and have a good line manager it can be a great place to work.

Cons

Turning into one of those American companies that every year have a restructure. Massive cuts in standards and quality of life for employees.

Amazing place to work

Pros

RX is an amazing place to start and build your career. I was here for almost 3 years and would have stayed longer if it weren’t for Covid affecting events at the time. I absolutely loved the people I worked with, and how much I learned here which now, 3 years later, I am still using what I learned at RX in my current roles. My teams were all so friendly and willing to help. Great balance of men and women of all races and ethnicities working here too. I was able to be promoted twice here and received awards that made me feel appreciated for the work I was doing. Management always included higher ups when giving kudos to you, which was nice. The president at the time of when I first joined was awesome, great personable guy who made sure to get to know all of the people working there - and there were a lot! Second president was also great and involved. The management here always listened to their people and put on lots of in-office events to foster employee development and get to know us. Travel was always fun. Hard work on-site but it’s a very motivating team environment and you never felt alone in anything. I am still friends with almost all of my former coworkers here to this day, and a good chunk of them still work at RX.

Cons

Only downside was the pay. For the workload they assign you, you should absolutely be paid more. I only realized that once I left and had an huge pay jump and was doing less work for much more pay in my following role. Even with some promotions, the raise was minimal and that was ultimately what prompted me to leave. Good benefits, in-office activities and overtime pay around events were a big plus to try to even this out, but they should pay more to compete with salaries in the area. Good 401K match!
