Good place to start your career and gain valuable skills.

Cons

Antiquated business methodologies. Unrealistic expectations of (slightly) underpaid (per market rate) junior employees. HR is disconnected from the realities of the day to day work, and always sides with management despite facts presented.

There are great people and if you like travel and long hours this is a great company.

Cons

They need to value their employees more. Unless you are in salesnor marketing there is a lack of appreciation or recognition for contributions.
